Phil and Sharon Drake Donate $25,000The Veteran’s Memorial is moving forward as the gazebo, the flag poles, concrete pathways, and bricks are placed within the memorial by many of its volunteers, and contractors working in and around the beautiful grounds. Some large projects, like the landscaping and others will eventually find their way into the final plans as funding from community businesses, churches and individuals make their way in.

Recently Phil and Sharon Drake donated $25,000 to the Veterans Memorial. Committee Members of the Veterans Memorial of Macon County were on hand to accept this much needed ‘Thank You Veterans’ donation from the Drakes.
